Referral Terms

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.

Acceptance is completed by clicking an acceptance button or similar action in the participant's account interface.

Eligibility

Open to existing Serverspace.us clients in good standing.

Ineligible participants include employees, agents, or any entities associated with Serverspace.us or its affiliates.

Referral Event

"Referral Event" occurs upon the successful registration of a new, unique user who explicitly specifies the name of an existing client in the designated referral section of the registration form. This acknowledgment must be clear and unambiguous to ensure the existing client receives recognition and any associated benefits for the referral. The referral is considered valid only when these conditions are met, establishing a direct and identifiable link between the new user's registration and the referring client's actions.

Referral Compensation

Participants earn 10% of total payments from referrals in the first year, and 5% in subsequent years.

Commission calculations exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.

Serverspace.us reserves the right to verify and adjust commission calculations as needed.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly and require a minimum threshold of $100 to be issued.

Accumulated commissions below $100 will be paid quarterly.

Commissions can be used for Serverspace.us services or withdrawn per the specified methods.

Data Management

All participant and referral data are subject to Serverspace.us Privacy Policy.

Data will be used solely for administering the Program and related purposes.

Program Changes and Termination

Serverspace.us may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at its discretion.

Participants will be notified of significant changes through their account or via email.

Liability and Indemnification

Serverspace.us is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Program.

Participants agree to indemnify Serverspace.us against claims related to their participation in the Program.

General Conditions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the applicable  jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Serverspace.us regarding the Program.
